Program Sleep Over Party a.k.a Qiyamullail Helwa Sheffield telah pun berjaya diadakan pada Sabtu 6 Feb yang lalu. Banyak ilmu dan kenangan manis telah aku perolehi. Yang paling menarik adalah sesi Pillow Talk bersama Dr. Murni, seorang psikitris berkenaan tajuk STRESS. Di sini aku ingin kongsikan sedikit daripada isi ceramah beliau tentang bagaimana untuk mengatasi stress. Mudahan ianya berguna untuk diriku sendiri dan juga rakan-rakan sekalian.
